You have told us that you want your benefits to be stable and secure. Our proposal provides stability and security – your benefit coverage and associate contributions would be guaranteed through the life of the contract. And as always, all future health care benefits and contributions would be negotiated with the union. You would still have a voice.

Here’s why our health care proposal is so important:

  1. The stability and future of the South-Central Trust Fund is in doubt
  2. South-Central Trust Fund had to cut benefits in May 2019
  3. South-Central Trust Fund is projected to experience another financial shortfall by March 2022, which could affect associates and their families and put health care coverage at risk once again
